Response time and hours
Live chat is staffed Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. Email support is monitored 24/7 and we aim to respond within 4 hours during business hours and within 24 hours outside of them, including weekends.
For Enterprise customers and active fundraising emergencies (data room access issues during a live deal, billing failures during a board meeting, etc.), we have a fast-track that escalates straight to engineering.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can cancel from your billing page anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
Do you import from Carta, DocSend, Hootsuite, etc.?
We support manual entry today, with CSV import for shareholders, employees, and metrics. Direct API import from competitor tools is on our roadmap. If you need migration help during your trial, write us — we'll get you set up.
Where is my data stored? Is it secure?
All data lives in AWS US-East-2 (Ohio) — Postgres on RDS for relational data and S3 for documents. The credential vault uses AES-256-GCM encryption with Argon2id key derivation. Every API endpoint is org-scoped and IDOR-protected. See our Security page for the full breakdown.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes — Settings → Data & Privacy has a one-click export that bundles every document, contact, metric, deadline, task, cap table entry, and audit log into a portable JSON archive. You own your data.
Do you offer Enterprise plans or custom contracts?
